● A pass-through chamber is an auxiliary device for cleanrooms, mainly used for transferring small items between clean areas and between clean and non-clean areas to reduce the number of times the cleanroom door is opened and minimize contamination of the cleanroom. The pass-through chamber is made of stainless steel plates and is smooth and flat. The double doors are interlocked to effectively prevent cross-contamination. It is equipped with an electronic or mechanical interlock device and a UV sterilization lamp.
1) The countertop of the short-distance pass-through chamber is made of stainless steel plate, which is smooth, flat and wear-resistant.
2) The countertop of the long-distance pass-through chamber uses a passive roller, making it easy and convenient to transfer items.
3) Mechanical or electronic interlocks and electronic touch locks are installed on both sides of the doors to ensure that both doors cannot be opened simultaneously.
4) Various non-standard sizes and floor-standing pass-through chambers can be customized according to customer needs.
5) The air nozzle outlet wind speed is up to 20s or more.
6) High-efficiency filters with partitions are used, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99% to ensure the purification level.
7) EVA sealing material is used, with high sealing performance.
8) A pair of intercoms can be configured.
